I wanted to send a congratulations out to my brother, Gene, and his fiance, Cynthia. After almost 10 years together they've decided to make it official and become engaged.
I haven't heard all of the details about the proposal, but I know it involved a trip to St. Augustine and a ring he bought months and months ago. He's been waiting for the right time and place to propose and I'm sure it was very special for the two of them.
Now we just need to know when and where they're getting married (my hope is they'll get married in Savannah) so we can start planning our trip to attend.
